Valeria Card Kingdoms is without a doubt my favourite Valeria game. So, I was eagerly awaiting these accessories to elevate the game experience even further, and they certainly didn’t disappoint. These accessories included dice, a game mat, bigger box and resource trackers.

Game Mat:

The wonderfully illustrated play mat is double sided. One is used for the brilliant new cooperative mode from the Darksworn expansion.

The other is for the tried and true competitive game mode. This competitive side also includes the added locations from in the Crimson Seas expansion and space for the Agents expansion as well.

Big Box:

The bigger box is easily two times the original size in both width and height. The game box is surrounded by the art used in the other Valeria games and the expansions. The insert works on two layers that can be changed around as per the users preference.

Dice:

There are three different dice that can be added to your game. These add a great flair to the game and if you have multiple dice it saves players passing dice around between each turn.

Resource Tracker:

The resource tracker takes a little bit to get used to since I have played this game so many times with the physical resources instead. As you get used to the tracker is much cleaner to use.

Final Thoughts:

Pros:

- The big box is amazing for storage.

- Double sided play-mat.

- Great chunky dice.

All of these accessories are great additions to my existing content. The stand outs amongst these are easily the double sided play-mat, so it can easily be used for either mode you play, and the bigger box that has been needed for a while. Since the Crimson Seas expansion I have had issues storing everything for Valeria Card Kingdoms in one box but this will no longer be an issue as the new storage has plenty of space leftover. Any of these accessories are highly recommended as they will always add to the experience and overall aesthetics of the game.
