Dic3 Hip Hop: Rapid Review

Dic3 Hip Hop: Rapid Review Rundown : Dic3 Hip Hop is aiming to capture the rush of the match three genre of games that is a quite common type of phone game. Players have 12 rounds to fill in as much of their board as possible. Each round five dice are rolled. These dice can be added and subtracted together to create any number between 0 and 12 to fill as many spots on the board as possible.  The dice can be used without altering to fill as many spots on the board per turn as possible. The core rule players need to remember is if you fill three in a row another symbol will be filled in anywhere on the board. Using these combos and other ways to gain wild fills, players will score at the end based on how much of the board they fill. There are three different maps with the first map being introductory (rhythm and flow) introducing the engine for the game through an abundance of possible matches. Where the highest difficulty is the block, which will require play...

Panda Royale: Review

Panda Royale: Review Information : Mechanics : Drafting, Roll and Write, Dice Rolling Player Age :   8+ Player Count : 2 - 10 Players Game Designer: Jake Jenne, Nate Jenne Game Artist : Nate Jenne BGG Weight: 1.18 Publisher : Last Night Games Time to Play: 2 0 - 30 Minutes  Disclaimer: A review copy for the game was provided by the publisher.  Year Published: 2024 Introduction: Panda Royale is a roll and write game that instead of focusing on player agency when using a dice the player agency comes in selecting dice. With over 100 dice in the game this is the most dice chucking roll and write game I can think of. Through ten rounds players are going to draft die into their engine in the attempt to score the most points each round. The hook to this is there's a lot of dice that all score differently and contain different die values.  Dice Anatomy: Yellow Die: Each player will start with a yellow d6. These die score by the sum of their values...

Doom Cat: Review

Doom Cat: Review Information: Mechanics : Roll and Write, Variable Setup  Player Age :  14+ Player Count :  1 - 99 (need more copies based on amount of players wanted)  Players Game Designer:  Dylan Coyle Game Artist:  Dylan Coyle, Lailamon BGG Weight:  1.50 Publisher:  Charming Games Collective Time to Play:  10 - 60 Minutes  Year Published:  2025 Introduction: Doom Cat is a fast and very variable roll and write game that focuses on a simple concept of drawing lines between two candle values. Each turn the number not used will result in that candle being knocked over, unable to use for the rest of the game.  The smart element of the game is each card is double sided containing a sigil (the board) on one side and either a goal or a familiar on the other side. Each game will contain three goals so there is plenty of variability in the game. The game will also come in three different boxes containing easie...
